The Belarus international is on loan to the Bundesliga side from Barcelona but is unhappy at being continually substituted since Christian Gross replaced Markus Babbel in the coaching hot-seat at the turn of the year.
"Obviously my contract only states that I can play for 60 minutes of the match," he said sarcastically after being replaced in the second half of Saturday's 2-1 win over Eintracht.
"But the team clearly plays better without me, so the coach has done everything right.
"I have no idea what he expects from me, but I have a problem with him. Before the Koln game we had a chat but nothing came of it.
"The chances of me staying with Stuttgart are nil."
